Booking Policy
Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please review the policies below before booking a cooking class, private event, or team-building experience with The Kitchen by Cooking with Quē.
We do not offer refunds. Depending on the type of booking and the amount of notice provided, rescheduling options may be available.
Cooking Classes
Refunds & Rescheduling
All cooking class payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please email info@cookingwithque.com at least 24 hours before the class. We will provide available rescheduling options.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled class may not be accommodated.
A maximum of two reschedules is permitted per class purchase.
Class Cancellations
Cancellations by The Kitchen
Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, including power outages, facility issues, chef illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Registered participants will be contacted by email with as much notice as possible and will receive available rescheduling options.

All payments for private events and team-building experiences are non-refundable.
More Than 14 Days Before the Event
Events cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled event date may receive a one-time rescheduled event date, subject to calendar availability. No cancellation fee will be charged.
14 Days or Less Before the Event
If an event is cancelled or a rescheduling request is submitted 14 days or less before the scheduled event date, the client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total event cost.
Once the fee has been paid in full, a one-time rescheduled event date may be provided, subject to calendar availability.
Events Booked Within 14 Days
If an event was booked 14 days or less before the event date and the client cancels or requests to reschedule, the client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total event cost.
Once the fee has been paid in full, a one-time rescheduled event date may be provided, subject to calendar availability.
Event Rescheduling
Required Notice
Private event and team-building rescheduling requests must be received by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled event date.
Requests received less than 48 hours before the event are not guaranteed and may not be accommodated.
All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
