COOKING CLASSES 

*Refunds/Cancellations/Reschedules

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, We DO NOT offer any refunds. However, we offer rescheduling options for classes that you may not be able to attend. We just ask that you notify us via email at info@cookingwithque.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled class and we will provide you with available reschedule date options.

CANCELLATIONS

Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control (i.e., power outages, facility issues, chef illness, etc.)

We will contact each class participant via email with as much notice as possible with cancellation details and provide you with available reschedule date options.

RESCHEDULES

Class reschedule requests must be received via email at info@cookingwithque.com at least 24 hours before your event date. If request is received later than 24 hours, there is no guarantee we can honor your reschedule request.

PRIVATE/TEAM BUILDING EVENTS

CANCELLATIONS (Within 14 days prior to event)

Events which are cancelled greater than 14 days of your scheduled event date will receive a ONE TIME reschedule event date (Provided the requested date is available on our calendar) No cancellation fee will be charged. Please contact us via email with your cancellation request at info@cookingwithque.com.

CANCELLATIONS (Less then 14 days prior to event)

Events cancelled/request reschedule date 14 days or less, of your scheduled event date, the Client will be billed a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total event cost. Once the cancellation fee has been paid in full, we will then provide a ONE TIME reschedule event date (Provided your requested date is available on our calendar). Please contact us via email with your cancellation/reschedule date request at info@cookingwithque.com.

**If your event was booked 14-days or less prior to your event date and CLIENT CANCELS OR REQUEST RESCHEDULE DATE, the Client will be billed a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total event cost. Once the cancellation fee has been paid in full, we will then provide a ONE TIME reschedule event date (Provided your requested date is available on our calendar). Please contact us via email with your cancellation/reschedule date request at info@cookingwithque.com.

RESCHEDULES

Event reschedule requests must be received via email at info@cookingwithque.com at least 48 hours before your event date. If request is received later than 48 hours, there is no guarantee we can honor your request.
